ATMAC Patent Services Ltd. periodically archives client files including personal information within encrypted backup files stored in a private user account on a third party backup server. The purpose of these backups is to archive client files in the event that local files stored on premise are destroyed or accidentally erased. By sending personal information to ATMAC Patent Services Ltd. you agree to have your personal information and files stored within encrypted backup files on a third party backup server for this purpose.
